SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been received it can take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and created. Remember I make each order by hand. After the order has been fulfilled it is then packaged and sent to you via your chosen method of delivery.

Delivery times will vary depending on your selection, however most orders are delivered within 7 business days for standard delivery within Australia and within 10 business for all other countries.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Legislation. Goods cannot be returned if they have been used or damaged after purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund of the item price or replaced with a new product to the same value or a credit may be given. Refunds will not be given on P&H fees and any returns to us and back to you are at the expense of the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items arrive to us prior to us granting any refunds, exchanges or credits.

Every item is inspected prior to being sent out and will receive a "quality check" sticker on the inside of the shipping box.

Once the order has been shipped out it is no longer the responsibility of Glow for any damaged or lost goods.

Please contact us via email with your order number and photos so that we can check your order before granting a refund or exchange.
